Ten suites, ten destinations, and in each one a jacuzzi all to yourself. Ranging from 36 to 62 m², beneath the exposed beams of a chalet, in a Balinese duplex or in a royal tent, each suite has been designed around its own hot tub: either recessed into the floor, featuring chromotherapy, or situated next to a private hammam.
Surrounding the estate: a 12-hectare park with its animals, the heated indoor swimming pool and the covered jacuzzi at the spa – both freely accessible – and Chef Cyril Ramon’s restaurant just a stone’s throw away. And in the evening, no one comes to fetch you.
Here, the private spa is, first and foremost, your own hot tub: a two-seater, right in the suite itself, all to yourselves all night long — with no need to book a slot and at no extra cost. The Indian Suite It also features a private hammam, the only one on the estate.

Yes — each of the ten suites has its own two-seater jacuzzi, either in the bedroom or the bathroom. It’s all yours for the night, with no need to book a time slot and at no extra cost.
The suites are ready from 3.30 pm and guests may check in until 10 pm. Check-out is at 12 noon — just in time for a final swim.
The estate is situated in Neuville-Bosc, in the Oise department, about 45 minutes from Paris via the A15 and then the D915 — on the edge of the Val-d’Oise and the French Vexin.
Suite rates start at €216 per night, depending on the suite, the season and the day. Booking directly guarantees the best rate.
Yes: that’s the suite’s jacuzzi. Each of the ten suites has its own two-seater hot tub, all to yourselves all night long; the Indian Suite also features a private hammam, the only one on the estate. The estate’s spa facilities are also available: an indoor swimming pool and covered hot tub with 24-hour access, and a sauna and hammam available for four-hour half-day sessions.
Some rates include this; this is indicated at the time of booking. Otherwise, the continental breakfast buffet is served in the restaurant from 7 am to 10 am, at a cost of €20 per person.
Yes. The heated indoor swimming pool and the spa’s indoor hot tub are available 24 hours a day at no extra cost during your stay. The Finnish sauna and steam room can be booked for half-day sessions of 4 hours at €30 per person — and they are included with a massage.
Yes: rose petals, champagne, chocolates, a bouquet of flowers, a solo or couples’ massage at the spa, a buffet breakfast… all can be added at the time of booking, or presented as a gift voucher.
Yes — Chef Cyril Ramon’s gourmet restaurant and the spa (Finnish sauna, hammam, heated indoor pool, massages) are just a short walk from the suites, in the heart of the 12-hectare park.
The hot tub. Each of the ten suites has its own, located within the suite. The five themed rooms do not have one, but they overlook the grounds and provide access to the swimming pool and the spa’s indoor hot tub.
Yes: birthdays, marriage proposals, wedding nights. Romantic décor, flower petals, champagne or a bouquet can be added to your booking, and the Bridal Suite has been designed with these moments in mind.
