Terms and Conditions of Sale

Bookings, payment, cancellations, gift vouchers, restaurant and spa: the terms and conditions applicable to the services provided by Le Clos des Vignes.

Version in force as at 28 July 2026.

1. Purpose and scope

These general terms and conditions of sale (the ‘GTC’) govern all the services offered by Le Clos des Vignes, a 5-star hotel, restaurant and spa situated at 11/13 Rue des Vignes, 60119 Neuville-Bosc (hereinafter ‘the Establishment’): accommodation bookings, restaurant bookings, bookings for treatments and spa access, and sales of gift vouchers and package breaks.

Any booking or order made via the website www.leclosdesvignes.fr, by telephone, by email or in person implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale. They take precedence over any other document, unless specific terms and conditions have been accepted in writing by the Establishment.

The Establishment reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The applicable terms and conditions are those in force on the date of the booking, as communicated to the customer prior to the confirmation of their booking.

2. Identification of the Institution

3. Booking accommodation

The establishment has 15 rooms: 10 suites with a private jacuzzi and 5 standard rooms. Bookings can be made online, by telephone or by email.

The booking becomes firm and final upon receipt of the confirmation sent by the Establishment, setting out the dates of stay, the accommodation selected, the services included, the total price and the cancellation terms specific to the chosen rate.

All bookings must be guaranteed by a valid credit card (Visa, Mastercard). Card details are sent directly to our payment provider and are never stored by the hotel. Depending on the rate selected, the card is used simply as a guarantee or is debited immediately.

The booking is made in the guest’s name: it may not be transferred or resold, whether for free or for a fee, without the Establishment’s written consent. The guest must be of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.

4. Prices, cancellation and changes

4.1 Flexible pricing

The flexible rate allows for cancellation or changes to be made free of charge up to [TO BE COMPLETED: free cancellation period, e.g. 48 hours] before the arrival date. After this deadline, and in the event of a no-show, the full cost of the stay is payable in accordance with the terms set out in clause 4.3. No payment will be taken before arrival, unless otherwise stated.

4.2 Non-refundable fare

The non-refundable rate means that the full cost of the stay is charged at the time of booking. It cannot be cancelled, amended or refunded for any reason whatsoever. The customer is expressly reminded of this before confirming their booking.

4.3 No-shows and early departures

Unless cancelled in advance, any booking that is not honoured will be charged in accordance with the terms of the booked rate and will not be eligible for a refund. Unless otherwise notified by the guest, the Establishment is free to reallocate the accommodation from 10.00 pm on the day of arrival.

Any holiday that is interrupted or cut short by the customer must still be paid for in full.

4.4 Cancellation by the Institution

If the Establishment is unable to honour a booking, it shall inform the customer as soon as possible and offer either accommodation of an equivalent or higher standard, or a full refund of the sums paid. In the event of force majeure, the Establishment shall not be held liable beyond this refund.

5. Arrival and departure

Accommodation is available from 3.30 pm, with arrival possible up to 10.00 pm. Departure is no later than 12.00. The establishment must be notified of any late arrival; any late check-out may result in an additional night’s stay being charged.

Proof of identity may be requested on arrival. Guests undertake to comply with the establishment’s house rules, in particular regarding the peace and quiet of the premises, the ban on smoking indoors, and the rules governing access to the park and the animals.

6. Prices, taxes and payment

Prices are quoted in euros, inclusive of all taxes, and are per accommodation unit per night, unless otherwise stated. They include the services expressly described in the offer details.

The tourist tax, which is collected on behalf of the local authority, is not included in the prices shown: it is charged as an additional fee, per person per night, and is payable on arrival.

Any additional services used on site (restaurant, bar, treatments, extras) are to be paid for on departure.

Online payments are processed by Stripe (bank cards, with 3-D Secure authentication). Payment on arrival is accepted by bank card and in cash, subject to the statutory limits. Rates are subject to change at any time; the applicable rate is the one displayed at the time of booking.

7. Gift vouchers and gift sets

Gift vouchers and gift sets from Le Clos des Vignes are issued for a specific service or for a specific amount, and are identified by a unique code.

Gift vouchers are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and cannot be split under any circumstances. This rule applies regardless of the circumstances cited, including where the ticket is not used within its validity period.

In accordance with theArticle L221-28(12) of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation, transport, catering and leisure activities provided on a specific date or at specific intervals. The purchase of a gift voucher for these services therefore does not give rise to any right of withdrawal or refund.

7.1 Validity and use

  • Validity: 1 year from the date of purchase. Once this period has elapsed, the voucher is permanently forfeited and cannot be extended, refunded or replaced.
  • The voucher can be used subject to prior booking and subject to availability, both on weekdays and at weekends. We strongly recommend booking several weeks in advance.
  • The voucher is not not valid during special events (Valentine’s Day, New Year’s Eve, public holidays and other special dates as announced by the organisation).
  • The voucher is not cannot be combined in conjunction with other offers, promotions, discounts or loyalty scheme benefits.
  • The tourist tax and additional services (meals not included in the package, bar, additional treatments, extras) are not included and are payable by the beneficiary.
  • The voucher can only be used once: no credit note, no change and no carry-over of the balance is possible if the value of the service used is less than the amount of the voucher.

7.2 Postponement and cancellation of a booking made using a voucher

  • Up to 15 days before the booked date (D-15) : Postponement is possible free of charge, subject to the voucher’s validity period and availability.
  • From 14 days to go to 1 day to go : a postponement is still possible, subject to a fee equivalent to 50 per cent of the cost of the night’s stay, to be paid before the new date is confirmed.
  • The day itself (D) : the voucher is regarded as consumed. No postponements or refunds are possible.

7.3 Loss, theft and fraud

The Establishment cannot be held liable for the loss or theft of a gift voucher. Any voucher that has been forged, duplicated or obtained fraudulently shall be automatically void.

8. Restaurant

Chef Cyril Ramon’s restaurant welcomes both residents and external guests. Booking is strongly recommended and may be required for certain services or at certain times.

In order to minimise no-shows, the Organisation reserves the right to request a banking footprint at the time of booking, particularly for tables for several guests, special menus and busy periods. In the event of a no-show that has not been cancelled within the timeframe specified at the time of booking, a fixed compensation fee per guest – the amount of which is communicated to the customer at the time of booking – may be charged to the card details provided.

Delay: past 15 minutes If the customer has not given notice, the table may be reallocated. The service may also be adjusted or shortened to allow for the timings of subsequent services.

Menus, à la carte options and prices are subject to change depending on the season and availability of ingredients. Guests are asked to inform us of any allergies or special dietary requirements at the time of booking.

9. Spa

The spa (sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and heated indoor swimming pool) is open from 9.00 am to 7.00 pm, 7 days a week. Treatments must be booked in advance, subject to availability; bookings can be managed via our partner, Planity.

Any treatment cancelled less than 24 hours before the agreed time, or any delay that makes it impossible to provide the service within the booked slot, may be charged. Access to the facilities is subject to the spa’s rules and regulations: minors must be accompanied, and certain facilities are not recommended in the event of medical contraindications. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that there are no such contraindications.

10. ‘Vignes Collection’ loyalty scheme

The programme is free of charge and is available only to customers with an account. Every euro spent on a direct booking earns you 1 point. Points are awarded over a period of 12 rolling months and entitle the holder to the following benefits:
