“We spent a night in the Tropical Suite with its private jacuzzi. The room is spacious and beautifully decorated, offering a complete change of scenery. The bed is incredibly comfortable. The hotel offers top-class facilities, including a restaurant and a bar that are well worth a visit. We were able to enjoy the swimming pool, sauna and hammam – a truly blissful experience. The 12-hectare wooded park is lovely, with all the animals. A romantic and idyllic setting. We loved it and will definitely be back!”

“We had a romantic dinner at their restaurant. The setting is perfect, and the waiters are welcoming. We had a lovely meal, and an added bonus: the wine list offers fine wines by the glass, which is a rarity when you want to treat yourself without buying a whole bottle. Thank you to the whole team for such a lovely evening.”

“The setting is lovely, as is the room; the bedding is comfortable and the restaurant is very good. The breakfast is also of a high standard, with plenty of choice and variety (savoury and sweet options, as well as delicious homemade cakes), although I find the price of €20 a bit steep. I had a very pleasant and relaxing weekend. However, I feel that certain aspects of the service do not meet the standard expected of a 5-star hotel: - the Geisha suite is showing its age: the door doesn’t close properly and the wooden shutter doesn’t reach the bottom of the window, letting light in; - the tea, herbal tea and sugar on the tray weren’t replenished regularly, and I had to ask reception for the missing items; - the towels are very thin and lack softness; - in the games room, the pinball machine wasn’t working; - No brochures or leaflets on places to visit were available. When I asked for information at reception, I was told that I could find the details online. I found this response unprofessional and at odds with the standard of service expected in an establishment of this category.”

“An incredible room (Megève suite) with a spacious whirlpool bath – absolutely perfect for a relaxing and romantic break. Beautiful décor, spotlessly clean. We were absolutely delighted! However, the quality of the food in the restaurant doesn’t live up to the standard of the hotel or the price. A bill of 200 euros (a ‘discovery’ menu at 69 euros and four glasses of wine), but the dishes were rather basic, bordering on the quality of a bistronomic restaurant (a salad that looked like it came from a packet, shop-bought croutons used as garnish, glasses of wine not served at the table ..). We were very disappointed and do not recommend it.”
