Chef Cyril Ramon’s restaurant is in Neuville-Bosc, 15 minutes from Méru and 45 minutes from Paris. It is open to everyone, residents and non-residents alike, subject to booking — every evening · 7.00 pm – 10.00 pm (7.00 pm – 10.30 pm on Fri & Sat).
