Transilien Line J, Paris Saint-Lazare → Chars in about an hour; our shuttle bus will be waiting for you at the station (12 km, 19 minutes).
From the west of Paris
Cergy-Pontoise is 31 minutes away, La Défense is 55 minutes away, and Roissy-Charles-de-Gaulle is 46 minutes away.

Is your ‘love room’ in Paris?
No. The estate is in Neuville-Bosc, in the Oise department, on the border with the Val-d’Oise — 45 minutes from Paris via the A15, or an hour by train from Saint-Lazare to Chars, where our shuttle bus will be waiting for you. That’s what you get for a proper estate: 12 hectares of grounds, a spa, a gourmet restaurant, and suites far more spacious than a Parisian flat.
What is the difference between a love room and a suite with a private jacuzzi?
They both have a jacuzzi. The difference lies in the surroundings: a ‘love room’ is rented by the night, or sometimes by the hour, in a flat or a hotel; our suites with a private jacuzzi are rooms in a 5-star hotel, complete with a spa, a restaurant, breakfast and grounds. Each of the ten suites features the hallmarks of a ‘love room’ — a two-seater jacuzzi, soft lighting, rose petals and champagne on request — whilst the Coquine Suite goes a step further with its motion bed.
Is it possible to travel from Paris without a car?
Yes. Take the Transilien line J from Paris Saint-Lazare to Chars (around one hour), then our shuttle bus – which requires booking – to the estate (12 km, 19 minutes). By car, allow 45 minutes via the A15, taking the Magny-en-Vexin exit; there is a private, free car park with two charging points.
How much does a night in a love room near Paris cost?
Suites with a private jacuzzi start at €216 per night, depending on the suite, the season and the day. Breakfast, dinner and romantic touches can be added at the time of booking; booking directly guarantees the best rate.
Can we book for just a few hours?
No: a full night’s stay, so you can really take your time and enjoy the break. Check-in from 3.30 pm to 10 pm, check-out at 12 noon — hot tub, dinner, spa, a lie-in.
Love room in Île-de-France or in the Oise: where exactly are you?
In the Oise (60), in Neuville-Bosc, on the edge of the Val-d’Oise (95) and the French Vexin — equidistant from Paris, Cergy-Pontoise and Beauvais. For residents of the 95, the 78 and western Paris, this is the nearest ‘love room’ that’s actually a proper estate.
Is there a love room with a private hammam?
Yes: the Indian Suite, with its central jacuzzi and private hammam – the only one on the estate.
